Our story and values
Hello! We are the creators and founders of Fig & Honey, Kellie Hasson and Allison Cassabon.
We met in 2005 at Whole Foods Market where we both worked in food service. We both have a passion for food and cooking and an eye for presentation and flavors.
We believe that food should look beautiful and taste just as good! Our values are integrated in everything that we do. We believe that in order to get the most nutrition and flavor from the bounty of the Central Valley's produce we should follow the seasons and eat fruits and vegetables at their peak ripeness.
By following the seasons and supporting our local farmers and makers we can create the best looking and tasting food showcasing the abundance of our beautiful valley.
We love to collaborate with like minded passionate people in our community and also love to be challenged. We thrive on creativity and enjoy customizing everything to meet your needs.
